I was a tenant with Piney for two years and had an excellent experience with them. The house I rented with two other people was in very good condition when we moved in, and if there were ever any small issues throughout the tenancy (plumbing, electricity etc.) Piney were incredibly quick to respond, sending someone out to help on the very same day. Our full deposit was returned straight after returning our keys. I would recommend this letting agent to anyone and genuinely think they are a leading example of how all Belfast agencies should operate

I was with Piney both as a student renting for a year and also working with them as a landlord for 4 years. I mostly worked with their agent Byron Campbell and he always delivered a great service on both sides.

Extremely tentative to tenants when we required anything for the house but also very helpful to myself as a landlord when anything needed done to manage the property, leaving very little work for myself to do.

Would highly recommend Piney if you need either service!
